Is this you?

The situations this service is for

You only call when something breaks

Reactive-only service means every fault is an emergency, at emergency cost, at the worst possible moment.

Your documentation has gaps

If you cannot show when a unit was last serviced and verified, an auditor will find that before you do.

Nobody owns the schedule

Maintenance that lives in someone’s memory rather than a calendar is maintenance that eventually stops happening.

What’s included

Scope of a visit

  • Scheduled visits at a frequency that matches your risk, not ours
  • Full inspection of refrigeration, electrical and control systems
  • Condenser, filter and coil cleaning
  • Door seal and gasket inspection and adjustment
  • Alarm and safety circuit function testing
  • Temperature calibration and certification (Standard and Assured)
  • Written report per asset after every visit
  • Priority response and loaner priority on higher tiers
Our process

How it runs

  1. Site review

We walk your facility, list every asset, note make, model, age and criticality, and identify which units carry the most risk.

  2. Propose a schedule

You get a plan with visit frequency, scope per asset and a price. Nothing bundled in that your equipment does not need.

  3. We hold the calendar

You do not chase us. We schedule around your operations and confirm ahead of each visit.

  4. Documentation builds up

Each visit adds to a service history you can hand to an auditor without assembling anything.

A rough indication in ten seconds. Enter your asset counts and we will suggest a starting tier — then quote it properly after a site review.

Questions

About preventive maintenance plans

Plans are quoted per asset after a site review, because a single blood bank refrigerator and a room of ultra-low freezers are genuinely different jobs. We will give you a clear figure with the scope attached, and we will tell you if a lighter tier would serve you just as well.

Temperature calibration and certification are included on the Standard and Assured tiers. On Essential it can be added per asset. See the plan comparison above.

Yes, and it is often the sensible answer. A room of ultra-low freezers holding irreplaceable samples may warrant quarterly attention while a bake oven does not.

Plan holders get priority response, and on the Assured tier, priority access to our loaner cold storage. A plan does not mean nothing will ever fail — it means far fewer things do, and you are first in the queue when they do.
