Emergency service, any hour

An alarming freezer is not a next-business-day problem. Call and you will reach Dustin or Colleen — not a queue, not a ticket, not a voicemail box.

If a unit is alarming right now, call — don’t email. 431-336-4558 reaches a person at any hour. The checklist below takes two minutes and makes everything that follows faster.
First ten minutes

What to do before we arrive

  1. Keep the door closed

A closed ultra-low freezer holds usable temperature for a meaningful period. Every opening spends that budget and lets humid air in to form frost.

  2. Record the reading and the time

Current display temperature, exact time, and the reading an hour ago if your monitoring can tell you. That gives us rate of rise — the number that decides urgency.

  3. Find the model and serial number

Usually inside the door frame or on the rear panel. It is the difference between arriving with the right part and arriving to find out which part.

  4. Check power and airflow

Without opening the door: is there power, has a breaker tripped, is the condenser filter blocked, has the room itself become unusually warm?

  5. Do not move product yet

Transfer is not a neutral act. Call first — in many cases the unit can be stabilised, and an unnecessary transfer creates more risk than it removes.

Priority response

After-hours attendance is charged differently to scheduled work. Ask when you call and we will tell you before we get in the van.

Is this you?

The situations this service is for

Rising temperature alarm

The single most time-critical call we take. Every minute of decision-making matters more than the repair itself.

Total power or compressor failure

A unit that has stopped entirely gives you a window measured in hours, not days.

A door left open overnight

Recovery may be straightforward, but verification afterwards is not optional if the contents matter.

What’s included

Our process

How it runs

  1. Call, don’t email

For an active alarm the phone is always faster. 431-336-4558, any hour.

  2. We triage on the line

We narrow the cause and tell you what to do in the next ten minutes, which often matters more than when we arrive.

  3. Protect the product

If the unit cannot be stabilised, we arrange loaner cold storage so your samples are not the thing that fails.

  4. Repair and verify

The fix, then confirmation that the unit is genuinely holding before we consider the job closed.

Questions

About emergency service, any hour

Yes. We offer 24/7 service because an alarming freezer cannot wait for the next business day. Call 431-336-4558.

After-hours attendance is charged differently to scheduled work. Ask when you call and we will tell you before we get in the van — you will not receive a surprise on the invoice.

Keep the door shut, note the display reading and the time, and find the model and serial number. Those three things speed up everything that follows. There is a full triage checklist on this page.

No. Emergency calls are taken from anyone in our service area. Preventive maintenance plan holders do get priority, which is one of the honest reasons to have one.
