Is this you?

The situations this service is for

Alarm won’t clear

The unit is holding temperature but the alarm keeps sounding, or the display reads a fault code you can’t interpret.

Temperature is drifting

Set point says one thing, the chamber says another — or the recovery time after a door opening has quietly got longer.

Heavy frost or ice build-up

Frost around the door, on the vacuum port or inside the chamber usually points to a seal, heater or defrost problem.

Compressor short-cycling

The unit runs, stops, and runs again in short bursts. It is a warning sign that rarely resolves itself.

Unusual noise or vibration

A change in the sound of a unit you hear every day is one of the most reliable early fault indicators there is.

It simply won’t start

No display, no compressor, no response — or it trips a breaker each time you reset it.

Our process

How it runs

  1. Describe the symptom

Call or submit the form. Tell us the make, model, what the display reads and what changed. Half of all diagnosis happens in this conversation.

  2. Phone triage

We narrow the likely cause and tell you what to do in the meantime — often the difference between an inconvenience and a loss.

  3. On-site repair

We arrive with the diagnostic tooling and common parts for your equipment type and repair to manufacturer spec.

  4. Verify and document

We confirm the unit is holding, and you receive a written record of the fault and the work done.

Questions

About repair & diagnostics

It depends on where your site is. Winnipeg and the surrounding area is our fastest zone; elsewhere in Manitoba depends on distance from Tyndall. We will always give you a realistic arrival window before you commit, rather than an optimistic one.

We carry common wear parts for the equipment types we service most. Where a specific component has to be ordered, we tell you the lead time up front — and if it is a freezer, we discuss loaner cold storage so your product is protected while you wait.

Dustin holds valid certification with Thermo Fisher Scientific and is factory trained and authorized on PHCbi product lines, which is precisely why manufacturers use third-party representatives. If your unit is under warranty, tell us the make and model and we will confirm the correct route before any work starts.

We will say so. You will get a plain assessment of repair cost against remaining service life so you can make a budget decision with real numbers rather than a guess.
