Privacy policy

How DR LAB WORx Inc handles the information you give us. In short: we collect what we need to do the job and nothing else.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

What we collect

When you submit a service request or contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, site address, and the details you give us about your equipment. If you upload a photo, we collect that too.

If you subscribe to our occasional updates, we collect your email address only.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, diagnose your equipment, arrange attendance, quote work and maintain service records for the equipment we look after.

Service and calibration records are retained because they form part of the documentation you may need for audits and because equipment history genuinely improves diagnosis on subsequent visits.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use it for anything other than delivering and documenting the service you asked for.

We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

The postal code checker

The coverage checker on this site runs entirely in your browser. The postal code you enter is not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage, and whether you dismissed the emergency notice in session storage. Neither is transmitted to us and neither identifies you.

If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as is useful to follow up. Service and calibration records for equipment we maintain are kept for the working life of the relationship, because you may need them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it as a service record.

Email info@drlabworx.ca or call 431-336-4558 and you will get a straight answer from a person.
